For all of those who thought they could never own a home or would rent forever, you must check this out!
The program is called NACA and it was introduced to me by my manager at work. They help you buy a home based on income and job stability, not credit score. They finance you for a home you can actually afford, instead of getting you screwed into a loan that you will default on. Their goal is to sustain neighborhoods and end foreclosure!
The current interest rate is 4.5% with nothing down, no closing costs, and no buy ins. If you do buy in, your interest rate goes down significantly. They offer 30 year fixed loans.
